Boat Parade 2009

After a week of torrential rain the sun broke free creating a picture perfect sunny day for the 3rd annual Rushford Lake Boating Club’s July 4th Independence Day parade.

Patriot songs were sung, kazoo hummed, flag were waved, Lady Liberty and the Stars and Stripes delighted the onlookers as shouts and cheers rose from the crowds as the colorful flotilla of 18 boats past by.

We will do it again next year folks.
